Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed it is automatically processed by our merchant account and cannot be stopped. If you placed an order in error, please notify us by email at customerservice@egiftsandcrafts.net within 4 hours of order placement. We will process an order cancellation transaction and send you a confirmation via email within 24 business hours. You will be responsible for transaction fees of (2.9% of your total order for Pay Pal orders) if the order was placed through Pay Pal. If you have a Pay Pal account your refund can be returned on line. If not then it may take 1 to 5 days to recieve a refund via Postal Mail.

We Cannot Cancel any orders after the 4 hours after ordering time.

Once and order has been processed we cannot stop it at the warehouse. If you do not want the merchandise, please refuse the package at the time of delivery, or return merchandise to our office. We will credit your account once the merchandise is received in our office. However you will be responsible all shipping charges incurred and a transaction fee of (2.9% of total order for pay pal orders). Also any special shipping or handleing that may apply.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee or special handleing charges. If so these fees and/or charges are your responsability and will be deducted from any refund that may apply.

How does the Shipping work?
For your convience, the shopping cart is set up to charge a flat rate of $8.00 for all orders.

Do we have a Mimimum Order Policy?
Currently we have a minimum order of $10.00 of which a $2.50 handling fee may apply. This may change in the furture

What is our Privacy Policy?
We respect the privacy needs of our customers.
We do not rent or exchange the names or e-mail addresses of our customers.
We do not participate in bulk e-mail solicitations (spam).
We do not for any reason use tracking cookies, key clickers, or any other form of information collect for the purpose of either invading you privacy or to market to others.
We will use your e-mail address only to contact you about merchandise or services you have indicated are of interest to you, and any such communication will include instructions on how to 'opt' out of future email communications.
We do collect information on the times and ways members use our web site, so that we can make improvements in site performance.

Do I have to enter my Credit Card number each time I order? As part of our privacy and security practices, we do not store your credit card number online. We request you kindly provide us with your credit card number each time you make an order.

How is Sales Tax charged on an order?

We are required by law to charge sales tax to all customers for orders orignating in the state of Tennessee.

What are our Guarantees and Warranties to you?
PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE:
Every product you buy from this site or our catalog must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES:

If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

RETAIL VALUE OF EACH ITEM:
Every product on this site and in the catalog is shown with a SUGGESTED RETAIL VALUE. This dollar amount is intended only to provide a general index of the item's value. Since there may be considerable differences in the prices charged from store-to-store due to competitive and other local factors, it is impossible to establish prices on particular items that would be accurate under all conditions. Our objective in assigning these prices is to provide an approximate guide to item values. Every effort has been made to suggest prices that are both moderate and realistic in relationship to comparable items in a wide cros-section of retail stores across the nation.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated on this site or in the catalog are actual photos of the products available at the time of printing. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown on this site or in the catalog are close approximations. Although our staff of profreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value or a Gift Certificate (Pay Pal accounts only!) that is equal to the item ( ** When Gift Certificates become available on this site).

How Do I Return An Item?

AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To obtain an authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply contact our Customer Service within 15 days of purchase, unless specified by other in Guarantees/Warranties above. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 15 days of purchase, unless specified by other in Guarantees/Warranties above.

1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped to you. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

2. Sample items are not returnable.

3. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

**Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Service Department within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
