How to Order by E-Mail
Fill in the following Form with the requested information. An E-mail will be sent to you confirming your order and informatiom on payment. The following payment methods are available.
1. PayPal (GO Back To Catalog and Place Order).
2. Money Order
3. Cashier's Check
4. Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, etc.).
5. Check (NOTE: All Checks have to clear the bank before orders will be shipped. $3.00 handleing fees will be added for all checks. Any check that fails to clear the bank will result in a $35.00 charge being applied and payable before any orders will be approved!)
Note: Only Orders in the 50 US States Please! All others will be rejected till international shipping is set up. Sorry.
