Q: Why are a lot of the Prices lower than show in the catalogs?
A: The prices in the catalogs are all the recommened price for the items. I discount as many as possible to assure the people who shop with Egiftsandcrafts are getting the fairest and lowest price I can offer them as valued shoppers!

Q: When I order items how long will it take to recieve them?
A: Usually 6 to 10 working days. Some orders will arrive quicker than others.

Q: Can I request overnight shipping?
A: Sorry, Not at this time. We hope to have it available in the near future.

Q: When is the latest I can order Christmas gifts and they arrive on time?
A: We recommend that you order Christmas Gifts NO LATER than Dec. 8th to ensure the arrival for Christmas!!
